GoussdleGoussdle (goussdle.gousse.cool) is a free personal project run by Lucas Riondel, an individual. It lets you create quick scheduling doodles: propose some dates, share the link, and see who's free. These terms are short on purpose.
Using Goussdle
By using Goussdle you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The service
There are no accounts. Anyone with a doodle's link can open it, add a name and tick the dates that work for them. Goussdle is provided as is, without warranty of any kind: it may have bugs, be unavailable, or lose data. Don't rely on it for anything critical.
It's free, and it may change, gain or lose features, or stop entirely at any time, with or without notice.
Acceptable use
Don't use Goussdle for anything illegal, hateful, harassing or otherwise abusive. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or misuse the service, or get at data that isn't yours. Doodles that break these rules may be removed.
What you put in a doodle
Doodle titles, descriptions, date options and participant names are visible to anyone who has the link. Don't put sensitive or personal information in them. You're responsible for what you write, and you should only share content you have the right to share.
Google Calendar
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If you do, Goussdle reads your calendar (read-only) just to untick the dates that clash with your events; you can always change the ticks before saving. How that data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator isn't liable for any damage or loss resulting from using, or being unable to use, Goussdle, including missed meetings or lost doodle data.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Goussdle means you accept it.
